Whats the anime about? Just mafia and alchemists? The Plot Summary online is really useless

The plot is goddamn weird.

Basically it takes place in mafia-era USA, where an odd train robbery happens, 3 or 4 parties were all trying to rob it at the same time. Basically the anime just tells the story from multiple perspectives.

Oh, and some of the characters are immortal. They can "rewind" back any damage they take.
